air conditioning is not provided in any part of this hotel. I wouldn't expect that in an area where people invite guests for a summer holiday. regarding service: my son needed a spoon, called the concierge and was asked to come down to the reception to get one. don't let your expectations go too far, then you'll get over it. not only this hotel is far too overprized in this area, even those with worse service are.
